2. Scope of Services

Elite Academic Writers provides custom academic writing, editing, and research support services for reference and academic assistance purposes only. All work is original and tailored to the client’s instructions.

3. Escrow-Based Payment Policy

To ensure transparency and mutual protection, all payments are handled through an escrow system.

• Clients are required to deposit the agreed payment into an escrow account before work begins.

• Escrow funds are securely held and not released to Elite Academic Writers until the assignment is completed and delivered.

• Release of funds occurs only after the client confirms satisfactory delivery or after the agreed review period lapses without dispute.

4. Order Confirmation & Commencement

• An order is considered confirmed only after escrow funding is completed.

• Work begins once instructions are clear and escrow funds are secured.

• Elite Academic Writers is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or unclear instructions.
  
  

5. Delivery & Review Period

• Completed assignments are delivered via the agreed communication channel.

• Clients are granted a reasonable review period (typically 24–72 hours, depending on assignment size).

• Revision requests must be submitted within this period and must align with the original instructions.
  
  

6. Revisions Policy

• Free revisions are provided where the work does not meet the original instructions.

• Requests for changes beyond the original scope may require additional escrow funding.

• Excessive or unreasonable revision requests may be declined.
  
  

7. Escrow Release Conditions

Escrow funds are released when:

• The client confirms satisfaction with the delivered work, OR

• The review period expires without a formal dispute, OR

• Revisions requested under the original scope have been completed.
  
  

8. Disputes

• Any disputes must be raised within the review period.

• Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve disputes professionally.

• If a dispute is unresolved, escrow funds will be handled according to the escrow provider’s resolution procedures.
  
  

9. Refund Policy

• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• Refunds may be issued if Elite Academic Writers fails to deliver as agreed.

• No refunds are provided once work is completed and delivered in line with instructions.
  
  

10. Confidentiality

Elite Academic Writers guarantees strict confidentiality. Client data, files, and personal information are never shared with third parties.

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete instructions

• Review delivered work promptly
